My Experience
Throughout my career in the aviation industry I have spent the majority of my time with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. I progressed from Reservations to Revenue Management and started managing departments in 2006. From 2008, I also managed the Special Prorate Agreement department at Air France in Paris. From 2009-2012 I worked for KLM at Delta Airlines in Atlanta. Upon my return, I moved to Ground Services and managed operational support at the baggage department. As a baggage and Interline Through Check-in (IATCI) Expert, I worked for KLM in the SkyTeam Airport Operations department in the Netherlands. During the Covid lock down I transitioned to managing the PRM operation at Axxicom Airport Caddy. Since 2023, I have been self-employed, providing consulting services to a range of companies in the aviation industry.
